These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of Carfahas websites, booking flows, customer accounts, inspection operations, digital reports, and related support channels. They form the service framework between Carfahas and the customer requesting an inspection or related vehicle service.

If you create an account, make a booking, pay for a service, or otherwise use the platform, you agree to these terms together with any booking-specific details, package descriptions, and policies referenced from this site.

Inspections are professional but limited

Reports reflect the condition observed during the scheduled inspection and should not be treated as a lifetime guarantee of future performance.

Customer cooperation matters

Accurate information, timely attendance, and reasonable vehicle access are required for a smooth inspection and valid report outcome.

Scope of service

Carfahas provides vehicle inspection-related services, including doorstep inspection visits, digital reporting, communication updates, booking management, and other service variants published on the platform. Service availability may vary by city, package, time slot, and operational capacity.

We may refine package names, workflows, pricing presentation, or operational procedures over time, provided that confirmed bookings continue to follow the service details agreed at the time of booking unless both sides approve a change.

Accounts, eligibility, and accurate information

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account, requesting a booking, or communicating with support. Carfahas may rely on the information you provide to schedule and perform the service.

You must keep account credentials secure and must not impersonate another person, access another customer's data, or use the platform for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive conduct.

Use current and reachable contact details so booking updates and reports can reach you.
Provide accurate vehicle, location, and timing information needed to perform the inspection.
Ensure the person requesting the service has authority to arrange access to the vehicle.
Notify Carfahas promptly if account details or booking details change.

Bookings, scheduling, and access requirements

A booking is confirmed only after the required booking steps are completed and Carfahas accepts the appointment slot. Operational circumstances may require rescheduling, reassignment, or cancellation if access, safety, or capacity conditions change.

The customer must ensure the vehicle is available at the agreed location and time, and that the inspector can complete the service safely and reasonably. Delays caused by customer absence, inaccessible locations, or missing vehicle access may affect completion or eligibility for cancellation relief.

The vehicle owner or an authorized representative should be available when required by the selected service.
Unsafe environments, restricted access, or misleading location details may prevent completion of the booking.
If the booking needs to be changed, you should act through the platform or support as early as possible.

Fees, payments, and billing records

Service pricing is displayed on the platform and may include taxes, fees, or package-specific inclusions as described at checkout or in package details. Payment timing may depend on the service type, operational workflow, and selected payment method.

Carfahas may issue invoices, payment confirmations, refund records, or other transactional documentation as part of the booking lifecycle. The customer remains responsible for any authorized charges tied to a valid booking or completed service.

Inspection outcomes and report limitations

Inspection reports are based on the observations, checks, and tools used during the booked service window. They are intended to improve transparency and decision-making, but they do not replace every possible workshop test, teardown procedure, or future maintenance diagnosis.

A report reflects the condition of the vehicle as observed at the time of inspection. Carfahas does not guarantee that a vehicle will remain in the same condition after the inspection or that hidden, future, intermittent, or non-accessible issues will always be detected.

Reports should be read together with photos, notes, and package scope.
Some findings depend on the condition, accessibility, and responsiveness of the vehicle during the appointment.
Customers should use the report as one decision tool, not the sole basis for every mechanical, commercial, or legal conclusion.

Cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling

Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling rights are governed by the booking terms shown at the time of order together with the published Refund Policy on this site. Eligibility may vary based on timing, payment status, whether the service has started, and whether the disruption is customer-caused or Carfahas-caused.

If a booking cannot proceed due to operational circumstances, Carfahas may offer a replacement slot, service credit, or refund as appropriate to the case and applicable law.

Acceptable use and platform conduct

You may not misuse the Carfahas platform, interfere with its normal operation, reverse engineer protected functionality, scrape restricted data, or attempt to bypass pricing, authentication, or booking controls.

Carfahas may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe an account, device, or interaction creates security, fraud, legal, or operational risk.

Liability, governing context, and updates

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Carfahas is not liable for indirect, incidental, speculative, or consequential losses arising from platform use, scheduling disruption, delayed communications, or reliance on an inspection beyond its intended scope. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

These terms are intended to be interpreted in line with applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We may revise the terms when the platform, service model, or legal requirements change, and the latest version published here will apply from its effective date.
